First Blood: An Introduction

I can't decide if I'm supposed to introduce myself here or just jump right in. I think I'll go with the latter for the time being and if the need arises at some point, I'll take it from there. 

As this is likely a post that will only be read in retrospect, I'll keep it brief:

First and foremost, I love movies. I also have a lot to say on the subject. That's why I've decided to start this blog and see where it leads. If it's just to some people I know reading some stuff I have to say, then so be it.  If more people see it and feel the urge for discussion, so much the better.
